Stylists Requirements

• Must have colour experience
• Must know the basics to formulas and mixing  
• Should be comfortable working on a client

DAY ONE :

Part A: Interactive Demo

BALAYAGE / TEASYLIGHTS / TONING

In an interactive demonstration, VERN takes stylists through the processes that built her reputation in the industry. 

On Day 1, we explore the world of balayage, teasylights and toning, as VERN will show on a model. 

This class also includes :

• Sectioning : VERN demonstrates the importance behind sectioning a clients hair in a way that saves the stylist time . Benefits include cutting down application time for a more even colour process and lift. 
• Shampooing & Toning: BRITTANY demonstrates how to achieve the perfect root melt, blending balayage, and providing your client with the perfect front "money piece".
• Showcasing your work : VERN discusses how to style hair in a way that accentuates the colour. VERN details how to get the right angles to show off your clients colour. 
• Charging for your time: VERN uses up to 3 techniques per client, thus she must charge accordingly. VERN will teach you how to also combine various techniques to your service charges.

In an interactive demonstration, VERN takes stylists through the processes that built her reputation in the industry. On Day 2, we explore the world of babylights, shadow root, and toning as shown on a model. 

This class also includes :

• Sectioning : VERN demonstrates the importance behind sectioning a clients hair in a way that saves the stylist time . Benefits include cutting down application time for a more even colour process and lift. 
• Shampooing & Toning: BRITTTANY demonstrates how to achieve the perfect root melt, blending babylights, and providing your client with the perfect front "money piece".
